Myofascial Release

Simply put, myofascial release is when pressure is applied to a "tight" spot on your body. The pressure helps to disperse the "coiled" or "bunched up" tissues to become smoother and more pliable. Foam rolling on its own can improve many structural deficiencies and help to relieve joint pain.
