The long-term effects of exercising this way will contribute to joint stiffness and reduce overall mobility and flexibility. My training focuses on integrating the entire body to build complete, balanced strength while still incorporating the training variables needed to increase muscle mass.

Pre- & Post- Natal

Regular exercise during and after pregnancy can alleviate pain, improve posture, build the stamina needed for labor and delivery, and relieve stress. There’s even evidence that physical activity may prevent gestational diabetes. Exercise is good for everyone—and especially beneficial to new mothers.
